Completed Capital Projects
The Planning and Development Section of Bernalillo County Parks and Recreation (BCPR) wants to ensure the public is aware of how public dollars are being spent. BCPR receives most of its project funding from State of New Mexico Capital Outlay grants and General Obligation bonds. Impact fees paid by homebuilders when they pull building permits are a supplementary source.
The projects summarized in the links below are recent projects completed in 2008. This page will be updated approximately twice a year as new capital construction or renovation projects are completed.
