This Spanish and Pueblo influenced plaza style Skate Park is the first and only of its kind in Bernalillo County. The design was heavily influenced by skate boarders and community participation. The Skate Park was funded by a 2004 State Legislative appropriation by former Senator James A. Taylor blended with G.O. Bonds that totaled $726,000 to construct the park.

 

The Rio Bravo Skate Park is open from Dawn to Dusk 365 days of the year and is located at 3912 Isleta Blvd SW.
