SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT TO NASA GRANT RECIPIENTS
Dear Grantee,
Effective February 9, 2009 for Dryden Flight Research Center (DFRC), Glenn Research Center (GRC), Johnson Space Center (JSC), Kennedy Space Center (KSC), and Stennis Space Center (SSC), the NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC) will be designated as the Finance Office for inquiries on all Letters of Credit with periods of performance that begin after January 31, 2009. Department of Health and Human Services Payment Management System (PMS) will remain the designated billing office for all payments.
Please submit your quarterly Program Support Center (PSC) 272 electronically through PMS no later than 15 business days after the end of the quarter. The PSC 272 form is available online at http://www.dpm.psc.gov under "Grant Recipient Info" on the left side of the webpage. Hard copy submissions of the quarterly PSC 272 forms are not required.
