To Whom It May Concern:
As a responsible investor I would request that you re-implement the up-tick rule that worked so well for so long.
I would also request that the SEC enforce the naked short rules to prevent further market abuse by a few well monied individuals/hedge funds to the detriment of the marketplace as a whole.
Time to level the playing field and have the market work as it was in theory intended to.
