Since August-1997 the stock market,mutual funds,401-k,s etc.have lost enormous value.This was the exact time uptick rule was removed.We are asking that a meaningful (at least 5 cents)PERMANENT action be reinstated.Permanent meaningful uptick=real investors(not short sellers).
