Civil Rights Training
EOS provides the following civil rights
training to CSREES employees and its land-grant
university partners to ensure fairness
and equity in employment practices and
in the delivery of programs and services:
- Orientation programs for agency employees,
including new employees
- Ongoing training for employees, supervisors,
and managers
- Sexual harassment prevention training
- Cultural diversity training at all
organizational levels
- Training on other topics, such as sexual
orientation awareness training in conjunction
with the Secretary's policy of nondiscrimination
based on sexual orientation
