OIRM The King County Office of Information Resource Management (OIRM) provides IT services to the public and the county’s agencies. It ensures a common technology vision, planning, oversight and management of information technology in the county. Also known as BARS or eSuperform, this application will automate the exchange of information from regional law enforcement agencies with the county when a suspect is booked into a county jail, or when a criminal felony case is referred to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
