Scholarships

USEFP administers a number of scholarship programs, including the Fulbright, the U.S. government’s flagship scholarship program. The Fulbright program in Pakistan is the largest in the world, with more than 200 scholarships for advanced degrees planned for 2008. Scholarships are also available for teachers, mid-career professionals and scholars.

Educational Advising


Advisors are available to help students considering higher education in the U.S. with any aspect of the application process, from selecting a college, to writing the personal statement, to receiving a pre-departure orientation. Advisors also travel to schools, colleges and universities throughout Pakistan to talk about higher education opportunities in the U.S.

Testing Services


Standardized tests, including the GRE and TOEFL, required for admission to U.S. higher education as well as for other purposes are administered through USEFP at its testing center.
