U.S. Citizens With Questions About Non-Immigrant Visa Issuance

The Consulate does not have sufficient resources to meet with every interested party who wishes to discuss specific visa cases, and we therefore do not schedule meetings for this purpose.

However, in order to afford American citizens the opportunity to speak directly to a Consular officer, an officer can be called upon to answer general inquiries about specific cases.

Only American citizens will be allowed to take advantage of this opportunity. Citizens of other countries (including Legal Permanent Residents to the United States) will not be afforded this opportunity.

Parking

The U.S. Embassy in Nairobi does not provide parking facilities to members of the public seeking consular services. The Embassy strongly recommends that those seeking consular services plan to utilize public parking, arrive by taxi, or use the passenger drop-off point located in front of the consular entrance to the Embassy compound.

The Consular cashier also accepts credit cards as a mode of payment for American Citizens only.

In Kenya, you may contact us on Telephone 375 3704

Please do not call the ACS unit for any Immigrant or Non-Immigrant visa related questions.
