CDC's Division of Cancer Prevention and Control (DCPC) works with national organizations, state health agencies, and other key groups to develop, implement, and promote effective cancer prevention and control practices. A DCPC partner promotes DCPC's mission through programmatic implementation and outreach that puts research findings into action to achieve mutually beneficial goals. DCPC partners may or may not receive CDC funding.
