HR/Payroll/Personnel Call Center
NFC’s Call Center is staffed with customer support representatives and subject matter experts to assist agencies in processing HR/Payroll transactions, assisting with paying difficult cases, and resolving issues related to inaccurate and/or untimely employee payment. The Call Center has various contact numbers used to address different types of calls or issues experienced by the customer. The Call Center contact numbers and the types of calls are outlined below. Please note that these numbers should not be used for employee-initiated inquiries. Employee calls which are HR related will be referred back to the servicing HR office.
