Draft LNC215 to CPT2005 Mappings now available for download.

A UMLS Metathesaurus license is required to download or access mapping files. Apply online at: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/research/umls/license.html.

These files are in Rich Release Format (RRF) and do not require the use of the MetamorphoSys program provided with the UMLS Knowledge Sources Files. A detailed description of the mapping file formats is available from Section 2.7.1.3.13 and Section 2.7.1.3.14 of the UMLS Documentation.
