• Highways for LIFE - The purpose of the Highways for LIFE (HfL) pilot program is to accelerate the adoption of innovations and new technologies, thereby improving safety and highway quality while reducing congestion caused by construction.
• Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) - The MUTCD contains standards for traffic control devices that regulate, warn, and guide road users along the highways and byways in all 50 States.
