Since I'm on knee rest, I have found it a little difficult get any exercise. I have, however, come up with my own little aerobic workout sitting down in a chair "getting my freak on" to music. The result from the bone scans was not what I was hoping for: stress fracture, both knees! This puts me out of the 5K all together as the orthopedist is estimating the healing time to be 8-10 weeks. Read more »
