Congressman Snyder is pictured in his personal office in Washington D.C. with UCA music professor Wolfgang Oeste and his wife Patty Oeste, a music teacher at Ruth Doyle Intermediate School in Conway and president-elect of the Arkansas Music Educators Association. This year, Mrs. Oeste, was named one of Yale’s 50 Distinguished Music Educators - the only representative from Arkansas - and is the one music educator in the country to receive the Kennedy Center Music Educator Fellowship.
