If you are experiencing "Page Cannot Be Displayed" when attempting to access https://wess.safetycenter.navy.mil, this may be related to a setting in your internet browser. Microsoft Internet Explorer users can check this setting by performing the following instructions in an open IE window:

  • Go to Tools/Internet Option/ tab to advanced
  • Scroll down to Security
  • Use TLS 1.0 must be unchecked
