About Conservation Update
Conservation Update, the bimonthly newsletter of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) State Energy Program (SEP), is your online connection to energy projects in the states. Here you can read feature articles written by energy experts about specific challenges facing the adoption of renewable energy and energy efficiency technologies in the states; quickly summarize recent state projects, many of which are managed by state energy offices; and link to recent state publications.
DOE has published Conservation Update continuously since 1983, which makes it the longest running publication in the DOE Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE). Here you can find all articles published since 2002 by state or by SEP topic.
