The technologies presented here have been developed at the Eastern Regional Research Center (ERRC) or at research locations in the North Atlantic Area (NAA). In many cases the USDA has applied for a patent or has been awarded a patent for the technology and in either case can be licensed. Under appropriate circumstances, we will enter into a CRADA with a cooperator to extend the technology and develop joint patents with the cooperator.
The Research Units, research projects, and scientists can be found on the ERRC web page or the NAA web page. Most cooperative agreements result from scientist-to-scientist discussion of common interest and complementary expertise so please peruse these pages and feel free to contact the scientist in person for more information about his or her project.
