The Arbitrator sustained in part a grievance alleging that the Agency violated the parties' collective bargaining agreement by not properly paying the grievant for his work. The Authority concluded that the award involved a classification determination precluded by § 7121(c)(5) of the Statute and accordingly, set aside the award as deficient.
