The Arbitrator denied a grievance alleging that the grievant was suspended without just cause. The Authority denied the Union's exceptions holding that the Union did not establish that the award was based on nonfact, that the Union did not raise due process or just cause with the Arbitrator, and finally that the Union had not established that the award was contrary to Agency rules and regulations.
