Program Solicitation in Climate Process and Modeling

The National Science Foundation (NSF) is providing support to speed the development of global coupled climate models. The Climate Process Modeling Team (CPT) concept aims to bring together theoreticians, field observationalists, process modelers and large modeling centers to reduce uncertainties in climate models.
A key goal of Astrobiology is to elucidate the drivers and effects of ecosystem change on Earth. Providing accurate models of our planet’s climate can help astrobiologists understand how climate change will shape the future of life on Earth.
