Forgotten User ID/password
If you lose or forget your User ID, click the "Forgot your user ID?" button and
you will be prompted to enter your email address. This must be the same email
address you used when you first signed up for an account. You will also be prompted to identify the "secret question" you chose when you first signed up for an account, and to answer that "secret question". If you answer correctly, an e-mail containing your User ID will be sent to the e-mail address used to establish your account.
If you lose or forget your password, click the "Forgot your password?" button
and you will be prompted to enter your email address, to identify the "secret question" you chose when you first signed up for an account, and to answer that "secret
question". If you answer correctly, your password will be reset and an e-mail
containing a new temporary password will be sent to the e-mail address used to
establish your account. The next time you log in, you will automatically be
directed to the "change password" screen. |
