GPO wishes to clarify how IP authentication is being implemented for access to the Homeland Security Digital Library. Depository libraries eligible for IP authentication to HSDL may include the IP addresses attached to all their publicly accessible computers regardless of whether a log in is required. Staff from HSDL will contact depositories for their IP addresses after GPO has received the library's account validation form.
