Tools for Educators

This section of the Web site is a resource for extension educators implementing the Cooperative Extension initiative Financial Security in Later Life. The site features links to programs, background information on the initiative, research that supports the initiative, links to government and non-profit organizations who work with later life financial security issues, a list of possible funding sources, and marketing tools that can be downloaded and used by educators in their local areas. The online evaluation tool allows educators to enter their local evaluation data into a database to be reported on the national level.

  • Program Toolkit - These programs have been chosen as ones that support the goals of the initiative. They are offered in cooperation with local extension offices and non-profit organizations.

  • Frequently Asked Questions - Here you will find frequently asked questions about the program.

  • Background - Here you can view the initiative's research-based framework, white paper, 5-year plan, and contact information for the National Initiative Management Team and individuals who have agreed to serve as contacts for the initiative within their states.
