Emerging Infectious Diseases Journal
Emerging Infectious Diseases is a peer-reviewed journal established expressly to promote the recognition of new and reemerging infectious diseases around the world and improve the understanding of factors involved in disease emergence, prevention, and elimination. The journal is fully electronic and open access. Articles are published online throughout the month, followed by a hardcopy edition.
On the second Tuesday of each month, the Division of Media Relations will highlight selected articles from the journal.
