Spellings Hails National Report Card Results (July 14, 2004)
Secretary Spellings said that results from the 2004 National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) Long-Term Trends in Academic Progress, also known as the Nation's Report Card, are 'proof that No Child Left Behind is working.' She discussed the results and NCLB at the Education Commission of the States National Forum on Education Policy in Denver, Colorado.
