Consumer Sentinel Network System Requirements
Consumer Sentinel allows law enforcement agencies in the United States, Canada and Australia access to millions of consumer complaints through a restricted access, secure site. To access Consumer Sentinel you will need the following:
- Windows 2000/ME/XP/Vista
- Internet Explorer 6 or 7
- We plan to include future testing and support for Firefox 2.0 and 1.5
- A valid e-mail address
- FTC will provide member agencies with software or hardware tokens to access the Consumer Sentinel Network
