EMPLOYEE/LABOR RELATIONS
The Office of Employee & Labor Relations provides technical advice, consultation and guidance regarding rules, regulations, and applicable laws pertaining to the resolution of employee and labor relations issues.
We also advise and counsel employees regarding Laboratory policies and procedures including, but not limited to, performance management, grievance administration and conflict resolution.
The office provides assistance in the resolution of labor grievances, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining negotiations and collective bargaining agreement administration.
