Public Privacy Impact Assessments

The E-Government Act of 2002 requires that Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) be completed for collections of information on members of the public and be made publicly available “through the website of the agency, publication in the Federal Register, or other means.”   DOI submits Exhibit 300s to the Office of Management and Budget for its major investments.  The PIAs for major investments with personally identifiable information can be seen by clicking on the links below.
