  1. Question

Name one place other than Earth that scientists believe has good prospects for life and why?

Of the places in our solar system, Mars seems the most hospitable. It is the most earthlike of the planets, and billions of years ago it apparently had a thicker atmosphere, warmer surface, and bodies of liquid water. If so, the early Mars might have been as suitable as the Earth for life to begin and flourish.
