The National Weather Service is Asking for Your Help!

We are in need of residents in the Oklahoma and Texas Panhandles that would not mind being called during severe weather, to provide us with storm reports. You can:

  • Help the NWS provide you and your neighbors with more accurate severe thunderstorm and tornado warnings.
  • Ensure reports of tornadoes, hail, wind and wind damage are officially recorded.
No effort is needed on your part - we will call you! (although you are welcome to call us too).

The NWS will call only if we suspect a storm has produced severe weather.

If time allows, a NWS meteorologist may call before the storm arrives, providing advance notice about the storm!
