Coalition service member killed and Afghan soldier wounded in Oruzgan Province

KABUL, Afghanistan - A Coalition service member died of wounds sustained from enemy fire during a combat reconnaissance patrol in Oruzgan province Feb. 12. An Afghan soldier was also wounded during the incident. The incident is under investigation.

The service member's name is being withheld pending next-of-kin notification.
