The founder of Aaron IP has been working as Senior Local IP Specialist in two consecutive USAID funded projects to strengthen the Egyptian IPR system (1994-2006). The objectives of these projects were to develop Egypt’s IPR regime so that Egypt could meet its obligations under the WTO/TRIPS agreement, and assist in the reformation of the legal framework. He was involved in the drafting of both the new law and its regulations, and well versed in the changes in the law.
