National Institutes of Health Showcases UESCs
Through Utility Energy Services Contracts (UESCs), the National Institutes of Health (NIH) estimates that it has saved at least $5 million annually in energy costs at its main campus in Bethesda, Maryland—the world's largest medical research facility. These savings allow more agency funds to be spent directly on medical research.
