Select multiple items which are contiguous (next to each other)... |
Hold down the SHIFT key and click on the top and bottom choices of the range of your selection. All choices in between will be selected. |
Hold down the SHIFT key and use the arrow keys to choose a range of selections. Click again to de-select. | |
Select multiple items which are non-contiguous (not next to each other)... |
Hold down the CTRL key and click on all your selections. Click again to de-select any choice. |
Press SHIFT+F8. Use arrow keys to move between choices and then use the SPACEBAR to select/de-select individual items. | |
