Self Paced/Job Aids
"Self paced" courses are those that can be taken by an individual with the assistance of a course administrator without attending a classroom session.

"Job aids" are "how to" books that assist an individual in performing specific tasks associated with a position. They are designed to be used in lieu of formal classroom training. Job aids are used by trainees to gain knowledge prior to completing a position task book and also by individuals qualified in a position as an aid or refresher in performing the job. For a list of job aids available for downloading see the job aids on PMS page under Job Aids button. Job aids can also be purchased through Publications Management System.
