RENO, COHEN TO HOLD PRESS CONFERENCE ON DEFENSE INDUSTRY MATTER





	WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Attorney General Janet Reno and Defense
Secretary William S. Cohen will hold a press conference today at
2:00pm to discuss a defense industry matter.  Also in attendance
will be Joel I. Klein, Assistant Attorney General for Antitrust,
and Dr. Jacques Gansler, Undersecretary of Defense (Acquisition and
Technology), who will be available to answer questions.
