In the early 1980's FERC had a very extensive proceeding regarding the Certification Cost Estimate of the ANGTS project. The following are the key final orders:

LNG Liquefaction and Export
- The Federal Power Commission case approving the export of Alaska LNG:

- DOE approved of the ongoing exports of LNG from Alaska by Phillips Alaska Natural Gas Corporation and Marathon Oil Company:

Alaskan Gas by

constructed at Anderson Bay, Port Valdez, Alaska::
