Family Resource Information, Education and Network Development Services
FRIENDS, the National Resource Center for Community-Based Child Abuse Prevention (CBCAP), provides training and technical assistance to Federally funded CBCAP Programs. This site serves as a resource to those programs and to the rest of the Child Abuse Prevention community.
FRIENDS provides targeted training and technical assistance to CBCAP State Lead Agencies to build capacity in the full array of CBCAP program requirements including:

- Parent Leadership
- Evidence-Based and Evidence-Informed Practices
- Peer Review Logic
- Models Collaboration
- Systems Change
