- TRMM 3B43 seasonal rainfall climatology images were created based on six years of monthly TRMM 3B43 data (Jan. 1998 to Dec 2003).
- TRMM 3B43 seasonal rainfall anomalies were derived from 3B43 seasonal averaged data with their searsonal climatology removed.
- DJF: December, January, and February
- MAM: March, April, and May.
- JJA: June, July, and August
- JJA: September, October, and Novemeber.
