The database below contains Federal Register notices from 1998 to present for:

1) the docketing of applications for FTZ Board action

and

2) FTZ Board Orders completing action on cases.

The database is sorted by the year in which the notice was published, and includes both notices announcing the opening of a case and, if completed, the Board Order. (Earlier Federal Register notices, from 1980 through 1997, can be found in the FTZ Federal Register Archives.)

In addition, applications docketed by the FTZ Board on or after January 1, 2009 are contained in this database on the page for the Federal Register notice announcing the application in question. The applications will be attached as .pdf files in the heading above the text of the Federal Register notice.

Courtesy copies of comments on web site: To facilitate parties' access, we are making available on our web site copies of submissions received pursuant to public comment periods (under 15 CFR 400.27(c)(2)) addressing statutory or regulatory criteria relevant to the proceeding in question. All comments received under 15 CFR 400.27(c)(2) are made part of the record of the proceeding and considered as they relate to any proposed FTZ Board action. The comments will also be attached as .pdf files in the heading above the text of the Federal Register notice.

To find a notice, application or comment submitted on a case, first click on the link below. You can then select the year or "View All" if you are unsure of the year when a notice was published. The list of notices can then be sorted by Company, Location, Docket Number, Zone Number and Date of Publication by clicking the arrows next to the column headings. The Docket Number is the number assigned by the FTZ Staff when a case is formally docketed. If you sort by Docket Number, the docketed cases will display, followed by Board Orders.
