FSA employees dwell on customer satisfaction - every step we take. To that end, I am pleased to announce the findings from two important customer satisfaction surveys for our Direct and Counter-cyclical Payment Program (DCP) and our Marketing Assistance Loan Program (MAL). We collaborated with the Department of Treasury's Federal Consulting Group (FCG) on these surveys, using the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). See

The first link below shows you the surveys' key findings. Customer impressions of our DCP and MAL programs significantly surpassed the government-wide index. I am grateful to employees for those results. I would also like to thank our valued customers who took the time to complete the survey.
The other links contain full survey reports. I am confident that the findings will help us deliver even better customer service when we implement the new Farm Bill and modernize our operations.
