Position Status: This is a Permanent position. -- Full Time
Duties: Serves as a Program Analyst in support of the Institute for Water Resources (IWR) National Flood Risk Management Program (NFRMP). Performs a wide range of budgetary, administrative, and analytical duties relating to the operational and management requirements of the NFRMP and supporting programs. Performs ongoing analysis of all finances for the purpose of ensuring well-balanced resource utilization. Prepares budget estimates and justifications for periodic budget calls. Ensures overall management of the Program Management Plan in Primavera and operational accounts within CEFMS. Responsible for monitoring status of PR&Cs, obligation and billing documents to ensure no delays in posting labor or executing programs. Provides day-to-day management of the NFRMP budget and program management plan, monitoring and analyzing costs and resources, researching and reconciling discrepancies. Prepares a variety of special studies, reports, and schedules.
