Thank you to everyone who attended the Smart Rivers 2007 Conference in Louisville, KY. This three-day technical specialty conference with technical tours and a workshop, drew more than 200 people and was a resounding success. The conference attendees shared knowledge and experience, and discussed ways in which to work for a better and more efficient integration of inland waterways (rivers and channels) into an integrated intermodal transport system.
