Under Selective Service Law; Proposed Regulations

The Office of Personnel Management is issuing proposed
regulations to delegate authority to executive agencies to determine
whether a man's failure to register with the Selective Service System
was knowing and willful. This will permit faster

The Office of Personnel Management published three final rules changing nonappropriated fund Federal Wage System wage areas:
- Abolishes the Marion, Indiana, nonappropriated fund Federal Wage System
wage area and redefines its six counties as areas of application to

- Removes Umatilla County, Oregon, from the Spokane, Washington,
