Does your data not appear properly in the spreadsheet you downloaded?

Blue Bullet Notice the image below. In this instance, the data does not display properly. Now look at the top right corner of the page in the image. In this example, a setting will have to be changed in the display options of the Quick View Plus software.
Blue Bullet It is possible that another type of software other than 'Quick View Plus' will require a similar setting to be changed. If so, you may notice the software name in the same location.

       

Blue Bullet As the image below demonstrates, you will need to change a setting to allow your Single Audit data to load properly in your browser. We are using the Quick View Plus software as an example, however this problem, or one similar to it, may be caused by another type of software.
    To do this:
  1. Open Quck View Plus.
  2. Select View, then Options.
  3. On the Quick View Plus Options window, choose the Display tab.
  4. Under the 'View unknown files as' section, select 'Do not view'.
  5. Then click Apply and OK.
Blue Bullet Once complete, close this program and query your data again. It should now appear properly.
