Glossaries & Keywords Lists

Users may search all glossaries and keyword lists stored in Terminology Services. Users may select:

Subject areas
Term to search for
Where the term might be reflected in the string (begins with, contains, exact match).

A search may be conducted whether or not a term/keyword has a definition.

The Search Results page displays all glossaries and keyword lists that match the search results. Clicking on a glossary or keyword list link will take the user to that glossary's or keyword list's details screen. The Details page lists all the terms that belong to a specified glossary or keyword list.

The user has the option to export the results in the following file types:

RTF Rich Text Format
XML eXtensible Markup Language
HTML Hyper Text Markup Language
PDF Portable Document Format
