Advise and assist the Assistant Commandant for Human Resources on all matters relating to the Resource Management (Strategic Planning, Long Range Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution and Evaluation) System as they relate to Human Resources Directorate responsibilities.
Coordinate and facilitate the Resource Management (Strategic Planning, Long Range Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution and Evaluation) System processes for the Assistant Commandant for Human Resources.
Serve as the Human Resources Information Resources Management Coordinator. Provide IRM policy and procedures, decision support, information services, analyst support, and information systems training to the human resources community. Serve as Sponsors Representative for the Coast Guard Human Resource Management System (Direct-Access).
Develop and promulgate policy, establish objectives and standards, and prescribe systems and procedures necessary for effective management and operation of both a centralized Coast Guard Exchange System (CGES) and a decentralized Morale, Well-being and Recreation (MWR) program.
