Will Hold Media Availability after Morning Session

On Tuesday, April 14, 2009, Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar will host a meeting at the Dena’ina Civic & Convention Center in Anchorage, Alaska to gather information and public comment to help build a comprehensive energy strategy for the U.S. Outer Continental Shelf.

The meeting begins at 9 a.m. local time and the morning sessions will be carried live by webcast, accessible at http://www.doi.gov/ocs. Secretary Salazar will hold a media availability for credentialed news reporters and editors following the morning session.
