April is Fair Housing Month
April 2009 is the 41st annual celebration of the enactment of the Fair Housing Act of 1968. This federal law prohibits housing discrimination based on your race, color, national origin, religion, sex, family status, or disability. If you have been trying to buy or rent a home or apartment and you believe your rights have been violated, please call us at (800) 440-8091 or TTY (404) 730-2656 for guidance.
